The ESM-2 Attaché is disguised as a corporate briefcase. The weapon is permanently integrated into a standard Arcturus executive carry case, with the barrel concealed behind a false panel that deploys on BCI command. The operator carries the briefcase normally, and upon neural activation, the front panel drops, exposing the barrel and trigger assembly. The weapon fires through the opened panel while the operator holds the case by its handle.

Chambered in 4.6mm caseless with a 20-round internal magazine, the Attaché provides 3 seconds of automatic fire at 700 rpm. The BCI link handles targeting through the executive carry case's integrated sensors — the operator does not aim in any conventional sense. They point the case and the onboard system manages fire distribution across the threat zone.

Arcturus developed the Attaché for executives who travel through hostile territory and require personal defense capability that is genuinely invisible. The weapon passes standard security scans when the case is closed — the components are distributed through the case's structure in a pattern that mimics ordinary electronics. At Φ15,000, the Attaché is among the most expensive SMGs in production, but its customers have expense accounts.
