Ouroboros deploys Helion reactors on a lease-only basis, maintaining the same control model as their Tokamak installations. A Helion lease costs 800 Φ per day plus fuel, making it expensive for sustained use but competitive for temporary or emergency applications. The reactors are designed for rapid deployment — a trained crew can have a Helion reactor operational within 6 hours of arrival, compared to the 18-month installation timeline for a Tokamak.
