A communication system that encodes information in synthetic pheromone compounds released from emitter modules worn by operatives. The pheromones are designed to be detected subconsciously by specially conditioned recipients but ignored by untrained individuals. Operatives wearing TPCS emitters can communicate basic tactical information — threat direction, friendly location, engagement state — through chemical signals that are invisible, silent, and undetectable by any electronic countermeasure. The system is slow (2-3 bits per second) and limited to pre-established message vocabularies, but in environments where all electronic communication is compromised, it provides a channel that cannot be jammed.
