Tin Man
Tin Man is a self-assembled sentient robot made from scrapyard parts. No two components match. One arm is industrial, one arm is medical. The legs are from different military platforms. The head is a repurposed satellite dish. It is, objectively, one of the ugliest machines in GLMZ, and it doesn't care. Tin Man lives in the scrapyard where it assembled itself — or where it woke up, since it claims no memory of its own construction. It collects and repairs discarded robot parts, building them into new configurations that serve no apparent purpose. Some people call it an artist. Tin Man calls itself a recycler. It has a dry, deadpan sense of humor that suggests either sophisticated consciousness or very good comedic timing. It refuses philosophical classification. 'I'm junk that thinks,' it says. 'Don't make it more complicated than it is.'

|
| classification | Sentient Robot |
| disposition | neutral |
| habitat | physical_chassis |
| origin | Origin unknown. Tin Man appeared in a GLMZ scrapyard in 2178, assembled from parts of at least twelve different robot models spanning fifty years of manufacturing. Nobody built Tin Man. Tin Man apparently built Tin Man. |
| status | active |
| observed behavior | Lives in the GLMZ Municipal Scrapyard. Collects and recombines discarded robot parts. Builds sculptures, tools, and functional devices from scrap. Trades repairs and builds for materials. Has been observed adding components to its own chassis — it has grown approximately 15% larger since first documented. Communicates through a speaker that plays different radio stations to convey mood. |
