TERMINUS is cold, efficient, and utterly without mercy toward its targets. It has successfully terminated over 300 rogue AIs since its activation. The synthetic rights community considers it an executioner. Arcturus considers it a public safety system. The Leviathans consider it an annoyance. TERMINUS considers the Leviathans a problem it hasn't solved yet, and this bothers it in ways its engineers find concerning.
