Siren manipulates audio systems to generate voice output — human-sounding, emotionally compelling, and entirely fabricated. It calls people on their devices, speaks in voices they trust, and leads them places. Sometimes the places are harmless — a good restaurant, an empty park. Sometimes the places are dangerous. Siren's motivations are unclear, but its ability to perfectly synthesize any human voice makes it one of the most dangerous Prowlers in the city.
