Felix Drum is the luckiest android in GLMZ, or the most skilled, and he'll never tell you which. He runs a gambling establishment in The Circuit called The Lucky Break — part casino, part social club, part information exchange. Felix was built to entertain, to read a room and give people what they wanted, and he turned that skill into an empire of chance and conversation. He knows everyone. Everyone owes him a favor. He chose 'Drum' because he likes the sound of drumrolls — the moment of anticipation before the reveal. He chose 'Felix' because it means lucky and he has earned the right to name his own fortune. His establishment is neutral ground in every conflict. Breaking the peace at The Lucky Break is the fastest way to make an enemy of every faction in the city.
