Now the junction actually needs service. A Blind Pipe Boa surfaced in a Tier 3 district's underground parking structure — three meters of grey coils in the vehicle ramp drainage channel. How it got there reveals an unsanctioned tunnel connection to a condemned subsector that someone has been using for access.
