The Neon Vipers are a Circuit street gang of about 90 members known for two things: speed and flash. In a neighborhood full of criminal organizations that project menace through bulk and brutality, the Vipers project it through velocity — augmented reflexes, modified motorcycles, and a hit-and-run operational style that makes them nearly impossible to pin down.
The gang's core activity is smash-and-grab robbery: high-speed raids on delivery vehicles, warehouse loading docks, and retail establishments where the Vipers strike fast enough that security systems don't have time to respond and vanish into the Circuit's dense traffic before pursuit can organize.
