The Bleach Boys are a criminal service operation of about 40 members that specializes in one thing: making problems disappear. Crime scene cleanup, body disposal, evidence destruction, digital forensic countermeasures, witness relocation (voluntary or otherwise), and the general erasure of inconvenient facts from the physical and digital record. They are the janitorial service of GLMZ's criminal ecosystem, and their client list includes virtually every other criminal organization in the city.

The organization was founded by a former Axiom forensic analyst named Dmitri Park-Santos who realized that his expertise in finding evidence could be more lucratively applied to destroying it. The Bleach Boys combine cutting-edge forensic knowledge (they know what investigators look for because many of them used to be investigators) with the practical tradecraft of making things vanish: industrial-grade chemical cleaning, specialized disposal equipment, digital record manipulation, and the cold expertise of people who have seen everything and are surprised by nothing.

The Bleach Boys' reputation for thoroughness is their most valuable asset. A scene cleaned by the Boys passes forensic examination. A body disposed of by the Boys is never found. A digital trail erased by the Boys stays erased. This reliability commands premium prices and ensures that the Boys are never short of work in a city that produces an enormous amount of inconvenient evidence on a daily basis.
