The Ferment's actual business is the synthesis and distribution of compounds that exist in regulatory gray zones: synthetic food compounds that skirt pharma classification, tailored biochemicals for underground augmentation, and unlicensed pharmaceutical alternatives to corporate-controlled medicine. The gang's organizational structure is deliberately loose.
