The Mycelial Anchor Net is a deployable load-bearing climbing and rigging system derived from Ironclad Agrisystems' proprietary engineered fungal fiber technology, originally developed for vertical hydroponic tower structures in GLMZ's upper-district agricultural zones. The kit consists of a compressed deployment canister containing 80 meters of mycelium-composite fiber rope, six hardened anchor bolts with self-expanding fungal root heads, and a tension management spool with integrated load sensor. When the anchor bolts are driven into porous surfaces — concrete, brick, compressed earth, or soft stone — the root heads are activated by a saline charge, expanding into the surrounding material over 40 seconds and forming a mechanical interlock that exceeds the tensile strength of the fiber itself.

The fiber rope is Ironclad's most commercially visible innovation: a braided composite of engineered mycelium strands and carbon nanotube reinforcement that achieves a tensile strength of 2.4 tonnes at 6mm diameter while remaining flexible at temperatures down to -30°C. Unlike synthetic polymer ropes, the mycelial composite absorbs minor abrasion and micro-fractures through a passive self-repair process that continues for up to 14 days after deployment, provided ambient humidity is above 30%.
