The Spectral Nullcast Mantle is a wearable, full-spectrum communications suppression garment — a heavy tactical overcoat lined with a metamaterial mesh that absorbs, scatters, and re-emits incoming and outgoing RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and infrared communication signals across a configurable suppression envelope extending up to six meters from the wearer. Unlike point-source jammers that broadcast detectable counter-signals, the Mantle operates through passive absorption and chaotic re-emission, creating a zone of signal degradation that registers to external monitoring as environmental noise rather than active interference. Within the envelope, no reliable digital communication can be established or maintained.

The garment's metamaterial lining is woven from Arcturus's proprietary Nullweave filament, a frequency-agnostic absorptive medium that requires no power to maintain baseline suppression.
