No recording medium of any kind. The engineers agree: concrete cannot record sound. Concrete cannot play sound back. The underpass does both.

I filed a report. My supervisor filed it as an environmental noise complaint. It is not a noise complaint. It is an impossible thing that I walk through twice a day.
