Congratulations on joining the Axiom family! This document explains your total compensation package, including Quanta and Security Credit components. At Axiom, we believe in transparent, comprehensive compensation that rewards your contribution to our mission of universal safety and security.
YOUR MONTHLY COMPENSATION: Your base compensation of Φ2,000 per month is structured as follows: Φ1,200 in Quanta (deposited to your wallet on the 1st and 15th of each month in equal installments) and Φ800-equivalent in Axiom Security Credits (deposited to your Axiom Internal Account on the 1st of each month). Your Security Credits provide access to the full range of Axiom employee services at preferential rates. Please note that Security Credits are denominated in ASC units, where 1 ASC = Φ1.00 at current valuation. Axiom reserves the right to adjust the ASC-to-Quanta equivalence ratio quarterly based on market conditions and internal cost structures (see Section 14.7 of your employment agreement for adjustment terms and notification procedures).
YOUR AXIOM BENEFITS: As an Axiom employee, your Security Credits provide access to exclusive services that are not available to the general public. Axiom Commissary: nutritionally optimized meal plans from ΦASC 8/day (standard) to ΦASC 15/day (premium). Axiom Medical: comprehensive health coverage including cyberware maintenance, annual diagnostics, and emergency care (deductible: ΦASC 50/incident; annual out-of-pocket maximum: ΦASC 600). Axiom Housing: secure, climate-controlled residential units in Axiom-protected zones (studio: ΦASC 400/month; one-bedroom: ΦASC 550/month; family unit: ΦASC 700/month). Axiom Recreation: fitness facilities, entertainment, and social spaces (included in housing at no additional charge). These rates represent a significant value compared to equivalent services on the open market, where comparable quality housing starts at Φ450/month and medical deductibles average Φ200/incident.
SECURITY CREDIT CONVERSION: Should you wish to convert Security Credits to Quanta, Axiom offers conversion through the Internal Currency Exchange (ICE) desk, accessible through your BCI or at any Axiom administrative office. Current conversion rate: 0.65 Quanta per ASC unit. Conversion processing time: 3-5 business days. A conversion service fee of 5% applies to all transactions. Please note: conversion of more than ΦASC 200 in a single month requires supervisory approval and may trigger a benefits review. Axiom's compensation structure is designed to provide optimal value through the integrated benefits ecosystem, and significant conversion volume may indicate that your benefits package is not meeting your needs, which we would like to address through our Employee Wellness Program.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Security Credits accumulate in your Axiom Internal Account and do not expire while you remain an active Axiom employee. Upon separation from Axiom (voluntary or involuntary), unconverted Security Credits must be converted within 30 days at the prevailing conversion rate, or they will be forfeited. Axiom is not responsible for conversion rate fluctuations during the 30-day separation window. Accumulated Security Credit balances are not transferable to family members, beneficiaries, or third parties. In the event of employee death during active service, accumulated credits will be converted at 50% of the prevailing rate and distributed to the registered beneficiary. We encourage all employees to maintain a healthy balance between Security Credit spending and Quanta saving. Your financial wellness is important to us. Welcome aboard!
