His apparatus consists of a modified water heater, a salvaged capacitor bank from a decommissioned transit car, copper wire, and a ceramic containment vessel he made himself from clay sourced from the lakefront. It produces a stable 2.3 kilowatts of excess energy with no radiation, no plasma confinement, and no input fuel beyond tap water. It has been running continuously for forty-one days.
