The Frame's core innovation is its pre-shock implant survey protocol: two flexible electrode pads are applied to the chest, and the unit spends three to eight seconds conducting a low-current bioelectric survey of the patient's implant load, generating a delivery profile that routes the resuscitation charge around identified implant pathways rather than through them.

The name carries a dual meaning: it is the thing that follows the vehicle that carries the dead, and it is also the next generation of the work, smaller and more personal than what came before.
