The TH-2 is a bipedal walking platform standing 3.8 meters tall, designed specifically for urban crowd control and district pacification operations. Unlike the multi-legged designs favored by other manufacturers, TESSERA deliberately chose a humanoid bipedal configuration for the Warden — not for any mechanical advantage, but for psychological impact. A thing that walks like a person but stands twice as tall and is made of armor plate triggers a specific kind of fear that multi-legged platforms do not.

The Warden's armament is non-lethal by specification and lethal by application. Its primary systems include a chest-mounted sonic cannon capable of incapacitating everyone within a 60-degree cone at ranges up to 100 meters, arm-mounted tear gas launchers, and hip-mounted rubber-bullet gatling systems. All of these are classified as non-lethal. All of them can kill at close range, at sustained exposure, or when used against individuals with certain medical conditions or augmentations. TESSERA's liability documentation runs to 400 pages and absolves the corponation of responsibility in all such cases.

The Warden walks through crowds. That is its primary tactical application. It walks, slowly and deliberately, through groups of people, and its presence — the height, the sound, the knowledge of what its weapons do — creates a wake of dispersal. TESSERA deploys them in pairs, walking parallel routes through target districts, compressing populations between them.
