The polo and trousers come in company-specific colorways — employers purchase branded versions with their own logo over-printed on the Stratum base — but the cut and construction are standardized. The safety vest is the item with the most technology: embedded in the hi-vis panels are passive RFID nodes that interface with warehouse management systems, logging worker location, task completion, and equipment interaction without requiring active input.
