A Spire-circuit evening shoe that has no business being as expensive as it is — a flat, open-vamp slipper in hand-painted silk over a leather insole, with a thin sole of genuine suede. The silk panels are individually painted by Miravel's in-house artists; no two pairs share the same design. Some are abstract, some are miniature landscapes, some are portraits. You commission the painting as much as the shoe.
