A floor-length coat assembled entirely from salvage: defunct transit upholstery, acid-bleached denim, torn synthetic prayer flags, and heat-fused industrial tarp panels. Worn by adherents of the Scrapgospel movement — a Shelf-born spiritual tradition that holds material reclamation as sacred act. Each panel is hand-painted with fragments of the Scrapgospel liturgy in Tagalog-Igbo creole script, using rust-water ink and carbon-black pigment.

No two coats share the same scripture arrangement; construction is considered a devotional practice. Hems are deliberately unfinished and fraying — entropy is doctrine. Acid-rain staining is accepted and incorporated as evidence of endurance. Worn open over whatever else the wearer has.
