The outer shell is a ceramic-fiber reinforced Nomex equivalent in Crucible's standard burnt-orange safety color, with reflective silver tape at the ankles, wrists, and shoulders. Interior lining is a moisture-wicking thermal buffer that manages heat stress for up to four hours of continuous furnace-proximity work. Tool loops run along both thighs, and a reinforced patch pocket at the chest accommodates standard Crucible-issued rad dosimeters. Tail accommodation is achieved through a rear zip panel from the waist down. Chrome arm and shoulder ports are accessible via hook-and-loop flap covers rated to 400°C surface contact.
