The jacket is structured worsted synth-wool in deep charcoal with a subtle herringbone weave visible only in direct light. Rank insignia is embedded in the left breast in Stratum's standard chromatic thread — color-shifting from silver to gold depending on seniority level, verified by a micro-NFC chip that can be scanned at security checkpoints. The trousers are cut with a full-break hem and include a hidden cable-management channel along the left inner seam for BCI tether routing.

The uniform is not sold — it is issued, registered to the employee's ID, and must be returned upon separation from the company. Employees who leave Stratum under good terms receive a certificate allowing them to purchase the uniform at cost (Φ140).
