Lazarus emergency response teams deploy to mass-casualty events, industrial accidents, and — in practice — anywhere that Lazarus has a contractual obligation to provide care, which covers a significant portion of GLMZ's mid and lower tiers. The triage coverall is a single-piece garment in Lazarus white with high-visibility red banding at the shoulders, wrists, and ankles. The fabric is a triple-layer biohazard-rated membrane that resists biological fluid penetration at Level 2 classification, with sealed seams and integrated glove attachment rings at the cuffs. Chest and thigh pockets are sized and labeled for specific equipment: airway kit, compression wraps, diagnostic scanner, and a pouch for Lazarus-issued pharmacological emergency tabs.

The coverall is designed with full augment compatibility: dorsal panels open via breakaway seams for responders with spinal chrome, and port-access panels at the forearms allow field diagnostics through wrist-jack interfaces without removing the suit. Geneware accommodations are limited — tail openings exist in the base pattern, but horn and ear clearance requires a custom order that takes three weeks and costs an additional Φ90. Most responders with significant geneware modifications carry their own aftermarket modification kits. The coverall is disposable by Lazarus protocol after significant biohazard exposure, though many Shelf-based responders clean and reuse them out of necessity.
