A barely-there Tier 1 rave kit assembled from reclaimed bioluminescent mesh panels, cracked synth-latex offcuts, and strips of emergency reflective tape repurposed as waistbanding. The top is a backless halter of torn aqua-green mesh layered over a second skin of sheer black scrap fabric, both panels stitched with hand-injected biolum thread that pulses slow and erratic — the dye is diluted black-market stock, so the glow shifts from blue-green to pale yellow depending on body heat. High-cut shorts are made from salvaged synth-leather, one leg intact and one leg shredded into fringe that catches the strobe. Feet are wrapped in adhesive grip-tape over bare skin, or slid into found-object platform sandals with mismatched heel heights, usually taped back together at the sole. A single cracked chrome cuff on one wrist — not functional augmentation, just scavenged cosmetic chrome — completes the look. The whole thing could fall apart on the dance floor, and that's the point.
