Crucible's floor supervisors wear this jacket as a mark of rank that separates them from the standard-issue maintenance jumpsuits of the line workers below them. Constructed from a flame-resistant aramid-cotton blend with a reflective Crucible anvil logo across the back in heat-resistant silver ink, the jacket is rated for incidental weld splash and short-duration heat exposure up to 400°C.
