The Witness Robe is a structured, collarless overrobe in Ouroboros signature deep amber-gold, worn over the witness's own formal attire. The fabric is a mid-weight wool-analog with a subtle brocade pattern — the Ouroboros corporate symbol rendered in tone-on-tone, visible only in direct light. The robe closes with a series of flat-front clasp hooks and falls to mid-calf. A small embroidered tier-level indicator on the left breast pocket identifies the ceremony's ascension level: Tier 2-to-3, 3-to-4, or 4-to-5.

Witnesses at these ceremonies are typically colleagues, supervisors, or contractual guarantors.
