Solberg-Maru Infrastructure is one of the mid-tier corponations responsible for maintaining Meridian's aging transit tunnels, bridge superstructures, and elevated MagRail support columns — work that is unglamorous, physically demanding, and absolutely essential. Their field crew uniform is issued in two colors: charcoal grey for standard maintenance and safety orange for elevated-risk structural work. This kit is the standard grey issue. The coverall is a single-piece construction in heavy synth-canvas with articulated knees and elbows — pre-bent at the joint so the fabric doesn't bind when climbing or crouching — and a full-length front zipper backed by a magnetic snap storm flap. The Solberg-Maru logo, a stylized arch over a horizontal line (representing bridge over waterway), is heat-pressed in reflective silver on the back and left breast. A four-point harness anchor loop is reinforced into the upper back panel, rated to arrest a sixty-kilogram fall load. The collar is high and snug with a separate magnetic closure, designed to pair with a respirator mask that clips to a dedicated ring at the left collar point.

Underneath is an Ironpass Thermal Work Layer in dark charcoal, moisture-wicking and cut to allow full shoulder rotation. The boots are the Penrose Weld Boot, adapted here for climbing use with extra ankle support and a lug sole rated for rebar, grating, and wet concrete. A full-body tool harness in heavy nylon webbing goes over the coverall — carabiner points at both hips and the chest, with a tool-drop tether system for working at height. The hard hat is white Solberg-Maru branded with a pinned-on personal identification number and, almost always, at least one unauthorized sticker from a band, a political cause, or a neighborhood market. Aug-compatible at the spine and both shoulders: the coverall features a rear channel and bilateral shoulder zips that open cleanly for spinal rigs and shoulder-mounted chrome without compromising the structural integrity of the harness anchor.
