The exterior is TESSERA's clinical white with a subtle helix-pattern emboss visible only under UV — a mark of authenticity that prevents counterfeit uniforms from entering secure lab areas. Integrated hood and booties attach via sealed magnetic closures. Disposable in theory, but most techs wash and reuse them until the laminate integrity fails, typically at around 30 cycles.

The suit is designed with the full range of TESSERA's own geneware modifications in mind — there are discrete fin-shaped vents along the spine for bioluminescent skin that can overheat under sealed suits, and the hood has a structured internal frame to accommodate horn clearance up to 18cm. A wrist-mounted contamination sensor logs exposure events and syncs to the wearer's BCI. The suit does not accommodate external chrome augmentation well; workers with significant cyberware typically request custom-cut versions at additional cost, which TESSERA docks from their pay.
