The Myriad Collective is a rotating group of textile artists and garment makers based in the Shelf's creative district — what passes for one. Their varsity jacket is a deliberate act of aesthetic reclamation: the classic American silhouette done in fabrics sourced from across the diaspora. One sleeve might be Kente-adjacent hand-woven cotton. The body might be a deep teal boiled wool. The leather trim on the collar and cuffs is salvage-tanned and irregular. No two are identical.

They cost almost nothing to produce and are sold at Shelf-market prices, traded, gifted, and occasionally commissioned by Tier 3 and 4 buyers who discovered them through underground fashion channels and are willing to pay significantly more than the asking price. The Collective refuses to scale. Each jacket takes about forty hours of hand labor. Wearing one is a statement about where beauty comes from and who gets to make it.
