The .460 Ultra Magnum occupies the extreme edge of what a human being can fire from a handheld weapon without mechanical assistance, and in GLMZ 2200 that edge has become a cultural statement as much as a tactical one. The round traces lineage to the old .460 S&W Magnum, but the 'Ultra' designation covers a new propellant formulation developed by Slagworks Industrial's ammunition division that increases muzzle velocity while reducing the brutal recoil spike — spreading it out rather than eliminating it. The result is a round that still punishes the shooter but is at least theoretically controllable for follow-up shots, assuming your wrists are reinforced or your grip is mechanical. Projectiles run heavy, bonded, and purpose-built for deep penetration.

Who uses it? Operators with augmented skeletal reinforcement who can handle the recoil without wincing. Tier 3–4 security specialists protecting assets in environments where the threats wear hard armor as a matter of course. The occasional outer-ring enforcement contractor who has developed a specific and probably unhealthy relationship with the concept of overkill. It's also popular in a narrow slice of the collector market — people who want the biggest centerfire revolver cartridge commercially available and are willing to pay Φ180–220 per box of twenty to have it.
